Curious about how Infusion care works? How you can save on that category? How Leap Health is approaching their slice of the market? There's a huge opportunity to bring cost savings to a company, because for every employee that utilizes leap, we are talking an on average 40-60% savings per year. So much fun to interview someone I actually grew up with! This week enter Sasha Gribov co-founder at Milu Health. "NO PATIENT IN THE COUNTRY HAS ACCESS TO THIS DATA. If we have a chance to go and help someone with it, we'd LOVE to do that." Milu has integrated EHR data from over 40,000 provider groups and health systems. HUGE AMOUNT OF DATA. I think the most intriguing question I got to ask him, was what were the surprises his team saw when processing such an insane amount of Data?? He shared that he was surprised that when he shows people the EHR data, there are stuff in their own data that they had previously NO IDEA about. One patient, did NOT know they were being called a pre-diabetic. Literally NO ONE TOLD THEM. ???? That is wild. Welcome back to another great episode of the Digital Health Heavyweights Podcast, We go through everything from Sasha's journey into healthcare, his experiences at Tempest Labs, and the innovative approach Milu Health takes to improve employee healthcare. The conversation covers the importance of connecting health records, personalizing patient engagement, and addressing healthcare costs. Sasha shares insights on the challenges faced in the employer healthcare space and the future vision for Milu Health, emphasizing the need for better patient engagement and adherence to healthcare plans. We even even briefly jumped into funding, and what it was like raising money during such a difficult time- "At the end of the day, the harder it is for you to raise, the leaner and better you'll run your company." Sasha raised 5$ million with Andreessen Horowitz! All that and more this week on the podcast! Be sure to SUBSCRIBE- because most of our viewers are not subscribed!
