  • We’re ending 2024 with a smile. It’s been a positive year, one of growth. Our agency will close the year with revenue tripled compared to the previous one. Of course, when starting from small numbers, achieving a 3x year-on-year growth is easier. But we still allow ourselves to celebrate with pride. We’re also happy to have grown in terms of our team. When we launched our operations in January 2023, there were just 3 Co-Founders. By the end of last year, we had onboarded a total of 10 collaborators. This year, we’ve recruited a total of 27 freelancers. International business has brought us satisfaction. The share of UK clients has grown (7 throughout just this year), and we’ve also symbolically secured our very first client in the United States. Of course, we haven’t forgotten Italy. Just recently, we won a significant digital and social communication piece of work with an established Italian company which works in the finance industry. The project will kick off in January 2025 and will officially be our largest mandate in terms of revenue. So far. We’ve also achieved a major milestone with one of our leadership clients. After two years of collaboration, we’ve grown a top manager’s LinkedIn following from 28,000 to 100,000. Digital leadership remains one of our flagship services, and this achievement is a testament to the tangible value of our work. Lastly, there’s some exciting news on the education front. We’ve secured a partnership in London to organise digital marketing courses in English. We will manage the academic content, while our partner will take care of the location and promotion. The first in-person course will start in April 2025. So, we don’t know what we’ll find under the Christmas tree. But honestly, it doesn’t matter. For this year, we’re already quite happy as it stands.

  • This year, we launched a new service: Market Analysis. We introduced this consulting service to address a recurring need we noticed among our clients - the need to gain a clearer view of their market. In the digital realm, it’s often assumed that a company, along with its leadership team, has a clear understanding of what to sell and to whom. But that’s not always the case. Some firms may have successfully built up their business in one country but lack the in-house expertise to determine which other countries to expand into. Others might start seeing a decline in revenue and sense the need to update their offering, but are unsure where to begin. That’s why we launched Market Analysis. Unlike traditional agencies, our analysts are selected from leading business schools across Europe, such as Bocconi and HEC Paris. This allows us to combine economic expertise with marketing insight. Our analyses begin with an understanding of the macroeconomic factors affecting our clients’ businesses and lead to tailored recommendations on which markets to target and which products or services to prioritize. We’re particularly proud of two Market Analysis projects we completed in 2024. The first took place between April and May, where we supported an Italian specialty coffee company in identifying the best European countries to export their product, through both retail and e-commerce channels. The second major project, between September and October, involved guiding a London-based business school to understand shifts in the private education sector in the United Kingdom and decide which new courses to launch. A Market Analysis is not only a collection of well-crafted graphs. It’s a clear picture of the perimeter a business operates in. It also contains practical recommendations for the future. Once we deliver them, it’s our duty to ensure that clients properly execute on these recommendations, or do the execution in digital marketing for them. We don’t build decks for the sake of producing slides. We develop Market Analysis to produce actual change.

  • A TASTY NEW PARTNERSHIP WITH CHEF IN CAMICIA We’re happy to introduce our latest digital project with Chef in Camicia. This dynamic media company, founded in 2015, has quickly become a leader in creating digital content for the food industry in Italy. With a combined following of nearly 5 million across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Pinterest, Chef in Camicia is a brand with a significant and engaged community. Our collaboration will focus on digital strategy, advertising support, and strengthening their corporate communications on LinkedIn. This is one of our key projects for 2024, and we’re fully committed to helping this prominent brand grow their business. A special thanks to Davide Cervellin, the new CEO, for placing his trust in us. As an agency with Italian roots, the food sector is close to our hearts, and it’s also one of the areas where we aim to expand further in the UK.   • TAKING A MOMENT TO CELEBRATE OUR GROWTH We're reactivating our LinkedIn page with some good news. Our business is growing, and it's doing so organically and steadily. In 2024 we've seen a strong acceleration, and just in the month of April alone, we will record a turnover higher than the first four months of 2023. When we started the business last year, there were just 3 Co-Founders. Today we have a multidisciplinary team of 24 freelancers covering all digital needs. We work with companies in multiple sectors. Our clients operate in Banking, Beauty, Consulting, Education, Esports, Fashion, Food & Beverage, Logistics, Private Equity, Retail, Tech, and Travel. In line with our plans for 2024, we are staying true to the goal of expanding the business primarily in the United Kingdom, where we are headquartered. Just in April, we gained 4 new clients based in London. In June, we will organize our first physical event to further expand our network of business leaders and marketing pros in the area and forge new connections. The challenge now is to manage growth at the organizational level. Growing sounds great in terms of revenue, but we must be able to adapt to increased complexity while always ensuring quality in performance. Honestly, we have no doubt that we will manage everything orderly. The entrepreneurial journey thus continues. We keep on with the mission to create a new digital agency model able to connect the dots for clients and create a positive environment for the team. For now, the results are promising.
