Theo's remarkable journey at DigiStream began in June 2016 when he joined the Bay Area affiliate as a Field Investigator. Within 11 months, his high performance earned him a promotion to Surveillance Trainer, where he was responsible for training all new hires at the affiliate. Theo's excellence in the field and as a trainer led to his recruitment to the Research and Development team, becoming the company's first-ever Assistant Surveillance Specialist. In this role, he spent the next year traveling all across the country to train new surveillance investigators. In April 2020, Theo had the opportunity to move to Minnesota and become the Field Operations Manager for DigiStream's Twin Cities office. He was instrumental in building the local surveillance operation and maintaining high-quality results, which resulted in a well-deserved promotion in 2023 to Investigative Consultant. In this role, Theo continued to excel at leading his talented team to further growth in the territory. Theo's incredible journey has now culminated in a promotion to General Manager of the Twin Cities affiliate. Through perseverance, a growth mindset, and his exceptional abilities, Theo has embodied DigiStream's core values of Excellence, Integrity, Passion, and Empathy. This promotion is a testament to his hard work and the exceptional contributions he has made to the company. Congratulations, Theo!
