On October 31, 2024, Digiserve held its monthly Townhall meeting, which also celebrated Digiserve's 10th anniversary. The event began with a presentation on the Company's year-to-date business performance as of September 2024, delivered by the Acting President Director and Director of Finance and Risk Management, Buddy Restiady. Following this, the CEO Awards were presented to recognize outstanding individuals and teams for their achievements in the third quarter of 2024. Another special moment was the announcement of the winners of the "Digiserve 10th Anniversary Wishes Competition," a birthday wishes contest held to commemorate Digiserve's 10th anniversary. The event also featured congratulatory videos from Telkom Group’s Directors and Senior Leaders, including FM Venusiana (Director of EBIS), Muhamad Fajrin Rasyid (Director of Digital Business & Digiserve Commissioner), Irwan Andriyanto (VP of EBS & President Commissioner of Digiserve), Pramasaleh Hario Utama (President Director of TelkomMetra), and other Directors from Telkom Group subsidiaries. The presence of Pramasaleh and Irwan Andriyanto highlighted Telkom Group’s strong support and attention to Digiserve. In his remarks, Pramasaleh H. Utomo expressed his confidence in Digiserve's future potential, recognizing its high capabilities for continued growth. To conclude the event, three "tumpeng" (ceremonial rice cones) were cut by Pramasaleh, Buddy Restiady, and Guntur Pramono. The first portions were presented to three special employees: the youngest employee, the oldest employee, and an employee nearing retirement, symbolizing appreciation and the hope for continuity within the company. On Wednesday, September 4, 2024, Digiserve welcomed a visit from Bank Pembangunan Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur (BPD NTT) at the Customer Experience Center (CEC). During the visit, Digiserve introduced several flagship products that could help BPD NTT enhance their productivity and security. The visit was attended by Ms. Siska, Mr. Edo, and Mr. Jimy from BPD NTT, as well as Mr. Djo and Ms. Dewi from Telkom Indonesia. The meeting focused on drafting the Work Plan and Requirements (RKS) for the SDWAN project, which is set to be implemented in 2025. The discussion also emphasized the importance of upgrading network infrastructure to ensure reliable performance across all branch offices.
