Had a fantastic Lunch and Learn with Greenrise Technologies today! We dove into the different types of underground detention systems and their costs, gaining valuable insight into the total price points of each option—huge thanks to Matthew Smith for sharing his expertise. To top it off, we even had a race to see who could assemble their underground detention crate the fastest! (Because what’s learning without a little fun?) Dylan brings over 20 years of expertise in civil engineering, specializing in land development, municipal engineering, infrastructure design, and project management. His impressive portfolio includes federal office buildings, public roadways, roundabouts, industrial warehouse parks, mixed-use commercial developments, and pad-site restaurants. Beyond delivering exceptional engineering solutions, Dylan’s experience spans: ? Preparing comprehensive site investigation reports, ? Managing zoning changes and property entitlements, ? Designing grading, drainage, and utility infrastructure, ? Navigating project permitting processes, and? ? Overseeing construction administration. In addition to his professional achievements, Dylan dedicates his time to public service as a city councilman for District 7 in Garland, Texas.
