    The 2024 ERG Summit at One Workplace is officially in the record books! ???? A jam packed 2-day experience between August 15th and 16th, co-hosted by myself and my amazing colleague and co-conspirator, Tyler Daas, with all of the content co-facilitated by JAZMINE POLITE and Kevin Lewis, two amazing human beings from Different DEI. This truly was a labor of love, with planning starting around March/April. We discussed topics such as psychological safety, building trust, and engaged in vision planning for the next 1-3 years. All of the content was co-created with our external partners to help address the past, present, and future needs of our Employee Resource Groups. I must say, getting 20-30 people together for 2 days was no easy feat, especially with about half of those folks (myself included) flying in from out of state. But in the end, it all worked out just fine. Many of us stayed at the Washington Athletic Club, enjoying the amenities of The Inn. Shoutout to our wonderful colleagues at One Workplace (formerly OpenSquare) for hosting us on Day 1 and our wonderful colleagues at Porter for hosting us on Day 2, as well as 2120 restaurant in Downtown Seattle for dinner on the first night. And a big thank you to Prince Davis Photography for capturing the Summit via video and photo! ?? Here's to all of the great work that has been done and everything that is yet to come as we continue to support our employees across the One Workplace enterprise.
