We've had two fantastic days of engaging customer discussions, interactive booth demos, and the opportunity to create new connections at this year's Retail Bank Transformation conference in London. A special highlight of the event was the insightful presentation featuring Erik Mohn from Eika and Diebold Nixdorf's very own Helena Müller. They engaged the audience in an important conversation about the evolving role of physical banks in our increasingly digital society and emphasized the balance between digital innovations and face-to-face interactions in banking. #RBTEurope

Today, we released our 2023 ESG report, highlighting our commitment to caring for our most valuable assets while enhancing our business and culture through responsible and sustainable practices. As a global company, Diebold Nixdorf prioritizes environmental protection, employee welfare, and community support while continuously enhancing our governance practices. Our ESG program, vital to our operations, is built on three pillars: environmental responsibility, social accountability, and governance excellence. ?? In 2023, we reduced our total energy consumption vs. our 2020 baseline by 28%, including a 66% decrease in Scope 2 emissions (electricity consumption). ?? We recycled more than 5 million pounds of steel, the equivalent of 4,010 ATMs. In addition to keeping waste out of landfills, recycling reduces the energy needed to produce new metal. ?? Nearly 2,200 employees participated in our employee resource groups, which have expanded to include seven organizations that serve as resources and foster a diverse, inclusive workplace. ?? Employee volunteerism continues to thrive globally. From Costa Rica to Slovakia and South Africa to India, DN colleagues are actively cleaning up the planet, investing in future generations, and supporting meaningful organizations.
