You’re not required to participate in an exit interview unless it's mandated in your employment agreement. However, under the right circumstances, an exit interview can provide the opportunity to share valuable feedback that can lead to improvements, noted Magdelyn (Maggie) Mistal, career and executive coach. “A good ending can enable a good beginning,” she pointed out. Plus, if you leave on good terms, you may be eligible for rehire should you want to return. And you never know when you might need a reference for a job application from your former boss. With all that in mind, what should you consider before saying “yes?” Find out in our article—link in comments ?? #DiceCareerAdvice #ExitInterview #RehireEligibility

What are the top priorities for tech execs in 2025? “We don’t have endless pots of money to invest, so the majority of our expenditures need to deliver tangible benefits incrementally to justify future spending,” explains Jay Ferro, EVP, chief information, technology and product officer at Clario. Or as PwC puts it:?“Your CEO and board want to see upticks in productivity and cost savings now.” For example, Ferro has vowed to ensure that every chatbot or machine learning (ML) algorithm his team deploys—or every app they modernize through AI—removes friction and improves the experience for customers and patients in clinical trials. “My CFO and I are in alignment, every investment we make needs to improve speed and reliability and differentiate our offering,” Ferro said.
