It was our great pleasure to be joined by clients, the community, local officials, and various project stakeholders at this morning's ribbon cutting ceremony for Baytown Apartments. Deemed "The Little Project that Could" by Paula Rhodes of Invictus Development, LLC, this project will bring 30 critically-needed affordable and inclusive housing units to Hillsborough County. Nearly half a decade in the making, this project’s success was made possible by the unwavering dedication of its stakeholders, Hillsborough County officials, the TAMPA HOUSING AUTHORITY, CDS Life Transitions, MacDonald Training Center, Inc. and many more who championed its vision. As another successfully completed project with Bessolo Design Group, Inc.,?it was our great honor to be a part of delivering the quality construction of such a transformative development and much needed product to the community. With all 30 units expected to be occupied by the end of March, we echo the realized necessity for the rapid delivery of affordable housing units in Florida.? Congratulations to all those involved with this tremendous project.

Rain or shine, our team is making the final preparations for turnover at Baytown Apartments—a project that will soon provide affordable housing for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This morning, our site superintendent led our team through the newly constructed development as the project team completes finishing touches. With trendy finishes, an inviting color palette, and thoughtfully designed lighting, Baytown will soon welcome residents into a space that feels like home. Shared community spaces, including a fitness room, meeting room, and welcoming entryway, will help foster connection and independence for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. As final cleaning and punchout work wrap up, we’re proud to be part of this transformative project that will enhance accessibility and inclusion in Westchase. Today marks a significant milestone as we celebrated the soft opening of Chicken Guy! in Wesley Chapel! Our delivery team was joined on-site by Delvis Diaz and Charlie Martin to commemorate the restaurant group’s first ground-up prototype. Huge congratulations to the entire project team and our dedicated client for bringing Chef Guy Fieri’s exciting concept to life in Wesley Chapel. Stay tuned for the grand opening—coming soon!
