First responders are the backbone of a safe and healthy community, and we’re grateful for their dedication to serving others! ? Last week, we hosted our sixth annual Honor & Serve Lunch to show our appreciation for the men and women who serve our community and industry each day. More than 100 Diamondback employees served meals to over 650 fire, police, sheriff, DPS, and dispatch personnel from the Permian Basin. ? A heartfelt thank you to Midland Police Department Honor Guard and Permian Basin First Responders Pipe and Drum Corps for a beautiful presentation of the colors!??

The smiling faces say it all! It was a wonderful day at our fall tree planting event. We're grateful for our partnership with the City of Midland, Texas and Keep Midland Beautiful and can't wait to plant more trees in 2025!

Our roots run deep in Midland – literally! Since 2020, Diamondback employees have planted 435 trees in community parks. ? With the City of Midland, Texas and Keep Midland Beautiful, we recently celebrated Texas Arbor Day by planting 45 trees and installing irrigation in Halff Park. Seventy students from Midland ISD's South Elementary School and Midland City Councilman John Norman joined us! It’s inspiring to see the next generation take pride in this neighborhood park and plant trees alongside our employees for generations to enjoy. ? Thank you to everyone who participated!
