Now taking applications DIAMONDBACK RISK MANAGEMENT Location: Tucson, AZ Position: Armed & Unarmed Security Officer Job Type: Full time/Part time Salary: Based on Position and Experience Health Benefits & 401K Responsibilities: -Provide on-site protection and maintain a visible presence to deter illegal or inappropriate actions. -Respond to emergencies, alarms, and security incidents swiftly and effectively. -Enforce rules and regulations on-site while maintaining a professional and calm demeanor. -Complete detailed incident reports and log entries for all security-related activities. -Coordinate with law enforcement or emergency responders when necessary. Qualifications: -Possess a valid Arizona Security Guard Card. -Proven experience in security, law enforcement, or military is preferred. -Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. -Must pass a background check -Excellent communication skills and ability to de-escalate conflicts when necessary. -Must have reliable transportation -Must work well with others -Must have a smart phone with service -Nights and weekends may be required -Must be able to stand or patrol for extended periods. -Must be comfortable with the use and handling of firearms. -Bilingual is a plus Benefits: - Competitive pay based on experience/position. - Health and retirement benefits available for full-time positions. - Ongoing training and certification opportunities.
