The first chapter of Tributary 50 is in the books. Watching the vision for this development come to life and become home to such a special community has been incredibly rewarding.

After 13 amazing years with Thompson Thrift, I'm excited to share that I'm shifting my full focus to the company my brother(Christian) and I founded, Dial Residential. God has extremely blessed us with this opportunity. It's a dream to work alongside family and build something that truly reflects our passion for crafting spaces that are intentional, unique, and allow people to feel a connection to their home. It's bittersweet to leave Thompson Thrift, a place I will always consider home. I am forever grateful for the friendships and opportunities I was given to grow over the last thirteen years and have learned from so many incredible mentors and leaders that I consider the best. Thompson Thrift has had a major positive impact on me and will always be a part of who I am as I embark on my next chapter.
