The apartments average 1,012 square feet across one and two bedroom units. Closing occurred on 8/29/2024. Axonic Properties purchased 153 units in May of 2021 for $25.4 mm. Axonic was able to purchase an additional 94 units during their hold period for 85.80% ownership in the community while increasing rents by an annualized 16.8%, or a total of $818 in 3.27 years.
