Our San Diego staff were honored to attend the Torrey View Ribbon Cutting ceremony to celebrate their campus success with the new Pfizer Lab tenant at Breakthrough Properties' Torrey View Campus. The state-of-the-art facility consolidates Pfizer’s Oncology Chemistry and Biology Research Labs and Offices from their La Jolla locations. The project encompasses a 230,000 SF tenant improvement across multiple floors within two buildings on the campus. This achievement reflects our team's commitment to delivering results on an accelerated timeline. Team DGA has kicked off our Baja Challenge 2024 fundraising campaign, and we’d love your support! The Baja Challenge is a highly esteemed annual event in which Team DGA joins with Project Mercy and a group of other volunteers from real estate related companies in San Diego to work together to build homes for destitute families in Tecate, Mexico. This work drastically improves the living conditions for dozens of families each year. The home we build this year will benefit the Vargas Hernández family of three, who are currently expecting a new baby. They look forward to their new home, sharing that, “Receiving a house from you would be a dream come true because we would be more comfortable and safe. Thank you very much for the support you are giving us…” Team DGA will be constructing the home on Saturday, October 5th, and we need YOUR help! This year, DGA said a bittersweet farewell to our dear friend and colleague, Cheryl Rankin, as she began her retirement. Cheryl’s contribution to making DGA what it is today has been monumental – much of our success can be credited to her dedication and innovation in building our firm’s systems and processes from the ground up. We gathered together to celebrate Cheryl’s retirement as well as the many years she gave to DGA, sharing memories, stories, and a few tears. It was just one small expression of how we celebrate all that Cheryl has given to DGA. Cheryl, we have so many fond memories working alongside you. Congratulations on this joyous milestone! It’s hard to say goodbye, however, we wish you all the best and hope you enjoy every moment of your retirement.

The recently completed UC Davis Health Pharmacy Shared Services Center is the first of its kind for the University of California. This 80,000 SF high-security pharmacy and distribution facility is designed to transform how UC Davis Health manages the production, inventory, and distribution of its pharmaceuticals. The facility houses state-of-the-art medication inventory and distribution equipment to support optimized dispensing for inpatient and outpatient care and can fill over 12,000 prescriptions per day! Program includes: clean rooms, offices, specialized conveyance, packaging, inventory, distribution, and storage equipment, as well as a small clinic space to support patients needing infusion care.
