Based in Idaho, Harris is a leading regional provider of accounting services including audit & assurance, tax, and advisory & consulting. ? Concurrent with DFW’s investment, Michael O'Donnell, a DFW Operating Partner and three-time former DFW portfolio company CEO, joins the Company as Chief Executive Officer. “I am extremely excited to partner and work hand-in-hand with Josh Tyree, Robert Shappee, Cheryl Guiddy, and the rest of the Harris partners and staff,” said Michael. “The Harris team has laid a fantastic foundation with the right processes and culture, and with additional capital and support I am excited about our ability to accelerate growth while driving additional value to our staff, partners, clients, and other stakeholders.” ?
