Yesterday’s luncheon, sponsored by Bureau Veritas Group and hosted at the fabulous Money Cat restaurant, was inspiring—and absolutely delicious. Guests savored a spectacular bistec bao bun and rainbow carrots drizzled with a striking purple miso turnip sauce while diving into the transformative work of DFS Houston.
