    Looking back at some of our favorite projects, here's one that is amongst our most successful collaborations: Publicis Health Media’s (PHM) fourth annual HealthFront—the first upfront specifically targeting the health marketing space—intended to spark conversations about the future of healthcare by addressing current topics like self-advocacy, social media trends, and retail innovation. In our third year of partnership to bring this vision to life, we imagined and designed a retro futuristic environment that instilled a “sense of wonder” in our attendees and offered opportunities for meaningful networking and connection. A record-breaking success, HealthFront 2024 delivered impressive results and set new benchmarks in social engagement and industry influence. With a strategic focus on pre-show and live engagement, PHM achieved approximately 81,000 organic impressions, which was 1.2 times the previous year’s total. Sponsor-dedicated LinkedIn posts added to the momentum, driving 15,000 impressions in the period leading up to the event and a remarkable 4.36% engagement rate—a two-time above-average increase. Beyond social reach, HealthFront made a powerful impact in the healthcare media space, with 21 original stories, 16 syndications, and a press release pickup of 946; this culminated in 1.3 billion total media impressions, 2.8 times last year’s total. Attendees praised the event's thoughtful design and dynamic atmosphere, with one attendee remarking: “The event was truly incredible, from the décor, to the content, the connections, to the sponsorships.” The success of this forum reinforced its role as a transformative platform for the healthcare media industry.     As we enter "Back to School" season, many friends and colleagues are sending their kids off to college, marking a huge milestone for their families. But there's another group experiencing a fresh start: transfer students. I started my college journey at a small liberal arts college in Virginia, convinced I'd become a CPA. My first semester was filled with new friends and experiences, but I soon realized the school wasn't the right fit. The small campus and lack of diversity felt limiting, and I struggled to see how it would prepare me for the future. At the beginning of my second semester freshman year, my grandmother passed away, and I had a moment of clarity. I wasn’t happy, and I knew something needed to change. Thanks to my family’s support and understanding, I decided to transfer to the University of Alabama. There, I found a vibrant community, a major and master’s program I was passionate about, and a path that truly resonated with me. It also helped me find an industry I'm proud to be a part of, and a dynamic woman-owned company I'm honored to lead. Being a transfer student can be challenging, but it also offers a chance to embrace new opportunities. My time at The University of Alabama was transformative and set the stage for a fulfilling career. I'm grateful for the lessons learned and the support from those who helped me along the way. To all the transfer students out there, embrace your new environment. If it’s not the right fit, keep searching until you find your place.     DH had the incredible opportunity to be Publicis Health Media’s production partner for the third year in a row?in executing?their fourth annual HealthFront event. This?unique healthcare upfront?featured engaging sessions with presenters and panelists discussing original content, self-advocacy, retail channels, recent social media growth, and new product unveilings. Inspired to push healthcare into new frontiers, we embraced “The Wonder of Discovery” as the theme for this year’s forum. We collaborated with PHM to bring their design and vision to life by infusing a retro-futuristic aesthetic into the environmental strategy. The design within the venue space featured:?an oval LED screen and main stage scenic backdrop, layered with strip lighting to?convey?a sense of depth and awe that drew attendees in;?giant, mirrored circles hung?above the mixed audience seating to?reflect the innovative?energy in the room;?a circular bar and lighting installation?toward?the front of the space to provide a?natural community?hub for networking; and?ethereal?pods through an LED arch in another studio space that created?intimate networking moments for sponsors. The element of wonder around every corner immersed attendees in an inspiring experience to discover more about themselves, each other, and driving innovation in healthcare.
