#Devereux Center for Effective Schools team members Laura Rutherford, Ph.D., NCSP, BCBA; Rachel Eisenberg, Ph.D., NCSP; and Janna Sanders, Ph.D., BCBA, presented “Build Your Classroom Coaching Toolbox: Implementation Supports to Reduce Problem Behavior” during the Association of School Psychologists of Pennsylvania conference in Harrisburg, Pa. The session focused on a structure for evaluating the need for behavior support across classrooms, training teachers in key management skills, and providing effective and efficient performance feedback coaching.
