Since 1964, DP has been a vital community resource for individuals with disabilities, now serving over 15,000 people of all ages and their families. Many members of our community face financial challenges that impact their daily lives, and your generous donations enable us to provide the essential assistance they need.

Do you use Consumer-Directed Attendant Support Services (CDASS) to direct and manage your care? The next due date for Financial Management Services (FMS) open enrollment paperwork is December 1, 2024! FMS open enrollment happens four times per year. During these times, a CDASS program member or their authorized representative can change FMS providers. If a member or authorized representative chooses to change providers, they must inform their Case Manager to start the process before the next paperwork due date. Through our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Accessibility (DEIA) initiatives, DP creates spaces for all community members to have their voices heard. We strive to ensure that equity is not just a word but an action allowing everyone to know and feel they truly belong.
