Originally hosted by Interior Investments and now by Continua Interiors, this event has raised nearly $1 million for Special Olympics Illinois, supporting life-changing opportunities for adults and children with intellectual disabilities. As a design-build project, this site required extensive planning and execution to accommodate specialized infrastructure, including rail access, large-scale logistics operations, and precision-driven site development. CD Peacock Flagship Mansion Our Interiors team proudly constructed the iconic CD Peacock Flagship Mansion at Oakbrook Center. This stunning 20,500-square-foot space reflects CD Peacock’s rich heritage, dating back to 1837, and its legacy of luxury in Chicago. With 3,500 square feet of specialty bent curtain wall glass, the exterior makes a bold statement, while the showroom design fuses global luxury concepts with modern functionality, providing an unforgettable experience. Architectural Design - JGA Burke, Warren, MacKay & Serritella Located at 330 N Wabash Ave in Chicago, this 49,561-square-foot workspace was designed to support nearly 70 attorneys with a layout that balances privacy and collaboration. Key features include recycled felt baffles, wood flooring, a steel-framed connecting stair, continuous glass office fronts with sliding doors, and lacquer millwork that enhances the conference center. DSI proudly constructed Brunswick Group's expanded downtown Chicago office at 300 N LaSalle, transforming 12,060 square feet into a functional and vibrant workspace. The updated design features enhanced conference rooms, focused work areas, and larger community spaces, including five meeting rooms, 102 workstations, a spacious kitchen, seating areas, phone rooms, and wellness rooms to support Brunswick Group’s in-office community. We were honored to collaborate with Irvine Company, RLE Project Management, and EWP Architects to bring this project to life. The on-site team at Transwestern-managed 500 West Madison knocked it out of the park with their silent auction last month, benefiting Make-A-Wish® Illinois. Building vendors and partners generously donated a mix of stellar gifts—from Apple Airpods and gift cards to Gibsons Bar & Steakhouse to Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks tickets—and the building exceeded its donation goal: they raised $5,422! Kudos to building team members led by Julia Horan, including NetworX Engagement Associates Claire Hendrick and Maggie Stelmaszek, plus everyone else at 500 W.
