We’re thrilled to have our partnership with UserTesting highlighted in the launch of its new Insights for Impact program! ?? At UserTesting, understanding people is the foundation for meaningful change. Since 2023, UserTesting has generously provided Develop for Good with thousands of free credits on its industry-leading user testing platform. This has enabled our college students to deeply understand the needs of their nonprofit clients and the communities they serve, ensuring that every software solution is thoughtfully designed for its end beneficiaries. A huge thank you to UserTesting’s Chief of Staff & Head of ESG Corey Hatcher, PMP, CODC for your incredible support!

??Nonprofit tech project spotlight ?? We’re thrilled to showcase the Readeezy Literacy project! Readeezy aims to create a digital library designed for struggling, disabled, and disadvantaged teen and youth-adult readers. To make the website accessible on mobile devices, our college students redesigned and developed a mobile version of the website that would automatically toggle when specific max-width requirements were met. The final website allows users to read books on handheld devices and engages them using an updated version of the existing desktop activities. Read the project case study here: https://lnkd.in/eeKVJ9br "We were in dire need of a responsive version of our digital library for use on phones. As a new [nonprofit] start-up with an infinitesimal budget, we were not able to do this on our own. Along came DFG and all of a sudden, we had a beautiful product! The team was so supportive and reliable. They were well organized by Jeremy Kwok who was outstanding in keeping everyone on task and maintaining a positive and supportive environment. We are featuring photos and LinkedIn links of the entire team on our website with a shout-out for their wonderful work." - Maria Cleary, Ed.D., President of Readeezy Literacy We’re immensely proud of the following contributors who brought Readeezy’s vision to life: Product Engineering Manager: Jeremy Kwok (Georgia Tech ‘27) Engineers: Aditi Kumar (UIUC ‘27), Alice Nguyen (Concordia ‘25), Daniela Cuevas (University of Washington ‘24), Naveen Ramesh (ASU ‘24), Stephen Mwingira (CUNY Brooklyn ‘24), Woongjin Jang (UMich ‘25) Product Lead: Evelyn Hur (Stanford '25) Team Mentor: Yichen Jiang (Software Engineer at Amazon Robotics) Develop for Good is excited to continue supporting Readeezy Literacy on a couple new projects this winter…stayed tuned ??

Our greatest thanks goes to the CHANEL Open Innovation team Gregory Baratte Waidlich, Danielle Zhu, Kristijana St. Clair, Giselle Graham, and Maxine Smith and the StartX team Tota Zoura, Darsh Singh Mann, and Kyle Wong for forging this special connection.
