With a workforce of more than 3,000 scientists, engineers, business support professionals and key military, The C5ISR Center, is an Army applied research and advanced technology development center under the U.S. Army Combat Capabilities Development Command, or DEVCOM, which is a major subordinate command of the U.S. Army Futures Command. The DEVCOM C5ISR Center discovers and develops innovative technologies that enable information superiority and tactical overmatch for our country’s most important customer: our Joint Forces. As the Army’s primary integrator of C5ISR technologies and systems, the center conducts applied Research and Development, or R&D, across a wide variety of capability areas that touch all six of the Army’s Modernization priorities. These include cyberspace operations, electronic warfare, Intelligence, data analysis and fusion, tactical network design, wireless communications, radar, sensors, electro-optics, mission command applications, autonomy and machine learning, power and energy, modeling and simulation, counter-IED, minefield detection/defeat and Assured Positioning, Navigation and Timing. Mission: To enable the networked Warfighter by identifying, developing, and rapidly integrating innovative technologies that enable decisive lethality through information dominance in Multi-Domain Operations. Vision: C5ISR Center’s vision is an Army that dominates the electromagnetic spectrum, commands the operation, and creates decisive effects – any time, any place. The #C5ISR Center’s work on Predictive Logistics introduces the new Tactical Readiness Asset Key-Terrain Reconstitution toolkit, which brings improved Soldier capabilities for near real-time convoy and commodity chain of custody tracking, replacing legacy manual systems. #Soldiers now benefit from enhanced digital accountability of supply transactions, commodity distribution, and situational awareness of vehicle health. ??????? We were excited to announce that #ROTC cadets returned to Aberdeen Proving Ground this summer to join our #scientists and #engineers at the #C5ISR Center for internships. ?? Through the Advanced Individual Academic Development program, cadets had the opportunity to work in Army Research and Development (R&D) labs related to their course of study, gaining valuable experience and insights. ?? This program offered a unique chance for cadets to engage in real-world projects and contribute to cutting-edge research. ?? It was a productive and enriching summer! ??
