The Detroit College Access Network would like to thank Detroit’s own Jaylon Moore, an offensive lineman for the San Francisco 49ers? for selecting our organization for the My Cause My Cleats campaign. These cleats were customized in honor of the causes that the National Football League (NFL) players choose to show support through this campaign. We appreciate Jaylon and his commitment to supporting Detroit students matriculation and persistence to post secondary pathways. Through his own scholarship foundation giving scholarships to students from his former high school to this campaign and cause we hope to continue to impact the lives of Detroit students and their pathways to college access and success. Who CAN?! DCAN!?
