I really enjoyed being a part of this conversation with the Detroit Regional Chamber. We've continued to make historic investments into advancing our workforce to created an educated and skilled talent pool at a time where the value of a post-secondary education has been thrown into question. However, the data speaks for itself. Degrees still pay hefty dividends! This is especially true for people of color and low-income students. We still have much work to do and I look forward to rolling up my sleeves! https://lnkd.in/gpxtVqGd
