This 3-bedroom, detached property in the Northwest was originally entered onto the council tax banding list as a band A.?A report was sent to the council in December 2023 with details showing the existing small property had been demolished and replaced with a larger, newly built home resulting in the property now being re-banded as a band G and backdated to April 2018. NEXUS not only identifies properties missing from the rating and banding list, it identifies renovations, rebuilds and alterations that result in changes to council tax and NNDR liability. Our award winning missing property solution NEXUS, identified a campsite with glamping pod and a shepherd’s hut at a fishery business in the Southeast of England that were missing from the rating list. This was reported to the Local Authority in February 2024. The campsite and properties at the fishery were entered onto the rating list at a rateable value of ￡4,000 and backdated to the 1st of April 2023.
