Block G, the newest addition to Crawford Hoying's Bridge Park, continues to add depth to this dynamic urban district by adding over 125,000 SF of thoughtfully planned retail, dining, and office spaces. Paired with a 327-space parking garage and an adjacent five-story residential building complete with a private pool and amenity area, Block G integrates lifestyle and functionality in a setting that meets modern urban needs. Designed to encourage engagement with the outdoors, a pocket park between the office building and garage offers a green space for connection and relaxation. On this Veteran’s Day, we’re honored to recognize the service and sacrifices of veterans by sharing a project close to our hearts: the Ohio Veterans Home Sandusky Campus Expansion. For over 130 years this historic campus has served Ohio’s veterans and we’re proud to support its modernization by creating a space that truly honors their service and life stories. Rooted in the principles of Small House Design, this expansion will increase safety and quality of life, providing a more personalized home-like setting for veterans. The 128-bed skilled nursing facility will include private rooms organized into eight households, including a dedicated memory care household. Designed to reflect the legacy of the original 1888 Civil War-era campus, it will honor our veterans' unique needs and experiences with comfort, care, and community. October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month, and we’re proud to spotlight four impactful projects that are shaping women’s health and cancer care across Ohio. Each of these projects reflects our commitment to creating healing spaces that support patients and their loved ones during some of life’s most challenging moments. 1 | OhioHealth Grant Cancer Center Located in downtown Columbus, the expanded Grant Cancer Center offers cutting-edge oncology services. With a new infusion center, radiation oncology clinic, and seamless patient flow, the facility is designed to promote healing and wellness, all while keeping patient access and experience at the forefront. 2 | OhioHealth Riverside Methodist Hospital Women's Center As Ohio’s busiest maternity hospital, Riverside Methodist’s new expansion is set to address the full spectrum of women’s health needs, from advanced maternity care to breast surgery and mammography services. This new 150,000 SF center will bring together primary, specialty, and support services, ensuring women receive comprehensive care at all life stages. 3 | Southeast Medical Center Cancer Center The Southeast Medical Center provides the community with comprehensive care close to home. Designed with the patient’s physical, mental, and social well-being in mind, this cancer center is a beacon of comfort and empowerment for patients and their families. 4 | Memorial Health System - Ohio Belpre Cancer Center Belpre Cancer Center offers centralized, state-of-the-art cancer care in a space designed for collaboration among specialists. The facility includes cutting-edge treatment technologies with interiors that reflect the local charm, providing a comforting and familiar environment for patients.
