We are thrilled to partner with SMPS Greater Cincinnati and Bayer Becker for a hard hat tour of The Ridge on September 25th! You'll get to hear from the design team on the new mixed-use market-rate multifamily apartment community in Pleasant Ridge, which is a part of the area's revitalization effort. The tudor inspired five-story building was designed to blend with the surrounding architectural style and support the burgeoning business district. It will offer 6,000 SF of street-level commercial space and a range of amenities incuding a dog run, rooftop deck, coworking space, electric vehicle charging and more. One Highland brings new life to the heart of Fort Thomas, KY, blending vibrant commercial spaces at street level with stunning condominiums above. Inspired by the rich architectural history of the community, the design echoes the charming rooflines and rhythms of the surrounding homes. We're excited to be working with the City of Westerville on the modernization of their City Hall Municipal Complex, a project close to our hearts as we revisit and enhance a building MA originally designed nearly 40 years ago. The goal is to unify the City’s administrative functions within a single, modernized campus that will serve the community efficiently for decades. Through visioning sessions and user interviews that informed our design, we crafted spaces that promote economic development, centralize customer service, and embody the Westerville brand. We were proud to partner with Joseph House on their new 46-unit facility that expands their vital services for homeless veterans and their families. The new building is a significant step forward, offering fully accessible spaces and a dedicated residential wing for female veterans. Through interior design and experiential design, our team was able to create a space that reflects Joseph House’s mission of healing and reintegration.
