From a surface level glance you might not know that breweries are infrastructure-heavy projects. From below slab to above the ceiling to on the roof mechanical system design is key. Coordination of system processes, circulation, brand identity and design aesthetics are all key to success and creating a fine beer. Working with an experienced architectural and engineering team will expedite the the permitting and construction process, while increasing production and profitability. It is official...DesignTeam Plus, Inc receives SECOND Place for Residential Walls 2023 Project of The Year from ATAS International, Inc. for the Private Residence redesign on Harsens Island, MI. This 1969-70 era West Coast Shed style home now features ATAS uninterrupted Opaline reveal 4.5 vertical siding up to 26' lengths with Design Wall flush 12 in soffit panels and custom bent fascia trim all in Classic bronze. Accent Trespa Pura wood panels in Romantic Walnut were manufactured and provided by Trespa. Thanks go out to Brent Meyers CSI and Mike McMahon for their assistance in sourcing the material for this project.
