This past weekend was extraordinary as we celebrated the accomplishments of our client, Dr. Meleny Thomas, and the South Baltimore Land Trust (SBCLT) Team. We gathered to break bread, celebrate victories, reflect on upcoming challenges, and cut the ribbon on five new row houses now available on the rejuvenated 1600 block of Hazel Street. Day 4, my final day, concluded with a scenic water tour of the Harbor—my first experience of this kind—and the highlight of the year at our annual masquerade ball. Bmore NOMA excelled in hosting and showcasing our city to guests at the 2024 NOMA National Convention. It's always a pleasure to see colleagues and make new friends, exchange ideas, and expand our professional network. Look forward to the 2025 convention in #KC.

Night two of the NOMA National Conference in Baltimore was even better... The incredible Magnificent Marching Machine Band of Morgan State University opened up the Bmore NOMA local chapter reception with a fantastic performance and Gensler hosted a remarkable gathering for their employees and partners from around the globe.
