BonTemps? Agency’s recent work for In The Park Management & Productions, a Mexico City-based management agency for models and performing artists. Talent management is often reduced to logistics — contracts, bookings, percentages. But for In The Park, representation is something more meaningful: a commitment to advocacy and the recognition of talent as whole individuals. The agency’s creative direction reflects this philosophy, shaping a visual identity that is both intimate and commanding, expressive yet restrained. The custom serif wordmark embodies stature and interconnectedness, with subtle organic flourishes woven into the letterforms, nodding to nature, unity, and growth. To further personalise the identity, handwritten elements have been integrated throughout — gestures that bring individuality to the forefront. Personal notes and signatures reinforce the agency’s ethos: talent is not just seen but known. Extantia is Germany’s leading climate tech venture capital firm, founded on the belief that sustainably built industries can safeguard both the planet’s economy and ecology. Studio Yannick zur Strassen’s identity design for Extantia captures the transition to cleaner, more sustainable, and resilient technology — industries re-engineered for good. Inspired by the optimism of the 1960s, a time when the world embraced innovation with enthusiasm, the design revives the belief that industries can be part of the solution. Abstract collages symbolise this vision, illustrating the coexistence and mutual elevation of technology, humanity, and the planet. Since 2017, TM_ have teamed up with Fedrigoni Group to bring creatives together in this publication. The overarching theme for this year’s Fedrigoni 365 is ‘opposites.’ The UK’s creative community has again been invited to contribute, each interpreting a randomly assigned date of the year through their design. This year, the project has expanded, welcoming a curated selection of international designers to participate. This edition consists of two volumes, ‘dark’ and ‘light’ housed in a multicoloured slipcase. Each volume features designs inspired by opposing seed words. For each date, you’ll find a juxtaposition of two creatives’ works on opposite themes, one in each book. Participants will not see the opposing design until the edition launches in November. This split format not only creates a compelling design narrative but also always the publication to showcase the work of an astonishing 730 creatives.
