It’s been an honor to showcase our 100% recycled plastic solid surface materials at Kendall College of Art and Design. We've greatly enjoyed collaborating with local artists and designers and hosting discussions with the next generation of creators. We're excited to share that Design Declassified and Mont Design are showcasing an exhibit at Kendall College of Art and Design! The exhibit explores the impact of plastic waste, highlights collaborations with artists and designers, and encourages visitors to engage with sustainable alternatives. Last month, Design Declassified pitched at the NextCycle Michigan Showcase and won the “Make it in Michigan” award, earning a $10,000.00 prize! This award recognizes our innovation, partnerships, and contributions to the circular economy with products made in Michigan. We are honored to have had the opportunity to present our mission to transform waste plastics into innovative solid surface materials. We look forward to collaborating with the Centrepolis Accelerator to advance sustainable solutions for a better future. Design Declassified is thrilled to be part of the NextCycle Michigan Accelerator Program, an initiative of EGLE, Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy, powered by RRS (Resource Recycling Systems), Centrepolis Accelerator, and Michigan Recycling Coalition. This program is all about accelerating innovative solutions that enhance material recovery, reuse, and recycling in Michigan.
