Dear Laid-Off Workers, You are talented. You are capable. You are so much more than this moment. Losing a job is not a reflection of your worth. It does not define you. It does not diminish the gifts, wisdom, and experience you bring to the world. You are resourceful, creative, and whole. There is nothing wrong with you. If anything, this proves what we already know; you are brave beyond measure. You have faced uncertainty before, and you will navigate this, too. You have so much to offer, and the world needs what you bring. Your skills, your voice, your perspective; they matter. Your next vocational home will be better because of who you are and what you contribute. That place exists, even if you can’t see it just yet.
