We're excited to inspire the next generation of aviation professionals! Recently, a group of STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) students from a local middle school, ranging from 6th to 8th grade and interested in aviation, toured our Fixed Base Operator (FBO) facility, Desert Jet Center. Our Airport Manager, Angela Jamison, her associate Edgar Ocampo, and their teachers accompanied them on the tour. The students had a fantastic experience watching the arrivals and departures of various planes, including a helicopter, on our ramp. The students had lots of great questions for our FBO and aircraft maintenance general managers while getting a firsthand look at business jets and turboprops.
