Daniele Chilton, a member of the Tohono O'odham Nation, has been named the Chief Executive Officer for the Gaming Enterprise effective on February 21, 2025. Mrs. Chilton is a seasoned gaming industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience and has worked her way up through the organization. She has progressively served in senior leadership roles including Assistant General Manager, General Manager, and Chief Operations Officer. Most recently, Daniele played an essential role in the successful opening of Desert Diamond White Tanks at San Lucy. Mrs. Chilton continues to demonstrate a deep commitment to the success of the Enterprise and its team members.

In 1993, the first Desert Diamond Casino was opened on Nogales Highway. Six years later, a smaller facility opened in Why, Arizona. The third Desert Diamond Casino near Sahuarita was opened in 2001. In 2007, the original casino on Nogales Highway was replaced with a new casino, hotel and convention center complex. On the 20th of December 2015, the fourth Desert Diamond Casino - West Valley, opened in Glendale, Arizona.
