We are thrilled to share that our Virginia Plaza project, which will build and renovate 78 affordable apartments in Carondelet, has been awarded $500,000 in ARPA funds from the CDA, bringing total CDA support for the project to $1 million! Thank you City of St. Louis for working with us to advance the ongoing wellbeing of neighborhoods as healthy, diverse urban communities.
