Des Moines Performing Arts is central Iowa’s premier not-for-profit performing organization. We present professional touring production direct from Broadway, and since our opening have positioned Des Moines as a top destination for world-class productions on their first national tours. In addition to bringing you our top-rated Willis Broadway Series at the Civic Center, we also: ? Expanded our programming to include The Dance Series, The Temple Comedy Series and the Wellmark Blue Cross and Blue Shield Family Series. ? Operate the Stoner Theater, Temple Theater and Cowles Commons. ? Are supported by nearly 7,000 contributors/donors. ? Have a special Applause Series to provide educational opportunities for area students. ? Enjoy an annual attendance of more than 350,000 visitors. ?
