Creative Reuse For years we have driven by the old Galaxy Drive in. It was very hard to drive by with its bright and vibrant colors. The original closed doors in 2015 but the neighbor hood and the City of St. Louis Park were begging for it to reopen. It is a landmark in the area. That's where the Craft & Crew Hospitality team came to the rescue. They picked up the property late last year and began the planning process. Michael Pierson worked his preconstruction magic with the team at THIELEN & GREEN and then handed it off to Nick Pruden. The project hit a couple of hurdles along the way (it's an old building) but we worked together as a team to ensure success. My personal favorite part of the Craft and Crew family of restaurants is the dog friendly nature. Their pawtios are always dog friendly ?? ! This is a new concept for Minnesota I'd like to point out, where else in the state do you get a 4 season patio? The seating area is covered and has retractable walls. And it's heated! Make sure to check out the space and grab an amazing burger and fries! Oh and their milkshakes are fantastic too! ?? ?? ??
