Minnetonka Public Schools makes the news with KSTP talking about our project last summer of helping the school district get the Momentum space ready for their #aviation program. The program is getting so much attention that Sun Country Airlines' CEO took some time and spoke to the class! This is a top notch program and we were extremely honored to be involved in it! #family is one of our core values. How do you and/or your company work to make your team feel more like family? This past weekend we took a trip up to Mille Lacs Lake to enjoy some team building time ice fishing. We don't typically reference the team as a family (teams function at a higher level than families) but events like this let us slow down and makes us feel like a work family. Nichlous Bentley set up a fantastic weekend at Eddy's Resort. Unfortunately we didn't get any keepers, but take a look at Michael Guggisberg's fish he used his champion fish calling skills on (ask him for a demo next time you see him). Saturday afternoon we had the entire group fishing out of one shack due to the low fish bite we were experiencing. We tossed the #drone out and snapped a few pictures of the beautiful weather! As is tradition, we forgot the group photo but enjoy the others that the crew snapped. Especially the one of Nick and Jennifer making 1am snow angels... Apparently I missed the midnight slam poetry battle between Michael Brocksen and Nick ?? . Who do you think won? Eric Yngsdal looks absolutely thrilled by the results.

It is time once again for our quarterly meeting. We gathered as a team yesterday to discuss the last quarter and the upcoming year ahead! Within that is annual discussion of goals are focus points of leadership. It is great to hear the direction the company is going and that we are starting this year off with the largest backlog todate! We are very excited for the year ahead and for the projects in the pipeline! We look forward to sharing with you all along the way! In the meantime, flip through the slides of photos from Q4. Winter construction is always a challenge???? The latest addition to the Craft & Crew Hospitality group is no exception to that. Construction on The Block in City of Rogers, MN is forging ahead despite the frigid temperatures we've had. ?? We're facing the challenge of pouring outside concrete head-on; utilizing heating techniques, protective coverings, and ground thaw strategies to ensure the highest quality and maintain our ambitious timeline. ?? This project is a testament to the dedication and ingenuity of our amazing team. Stay tuned for more updates as we continue to overcome these winter obstacles and bring The Block to life! Massive Transformation! ?? We recently completed a complete office renovation for the Washington County, Minnesota Community Development Agency. Over 12,000 square feet of outdated carpet was replaced, and several walls were relocated to optimize the workspace. This project presented unique challenges due to the fact that the agency remained operational throughout the renovation. We had to carefully plan and execute the work to minimize disruptions and ensure employee safety. We're thrilled with the results and how much this improved the work environment for the CDA team while maintaining business continuity. Great work to our team of Nick Pruden and Will Schwartz! We would really like to thank our partners over at ATR Commercial Flooring for their hard work and making this project a successful one! ?? Hats off to you and the rest of the team!
