The Government requires construction security monitoring services for select overseas Department of State construction sites and storage areas managed by the Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations (OBO), Office of Special Projects Coordination (SPC), to address unique security requirements. Additionally, there is a need for domestic construction security monitoring of secure cargo intended for overseas deployment.
