We're Hiring: Financial Analyst? The Valuation Group is looking for a full-time financial analyst to assist Senior Professionals in client engagements, in the preparation of valuations, and in other tasks as appropriate to the job and your developing skill set. Responsibilities: Perform financial statement analysis, research and analysis of public peers and transactions; developing financial models, and valuing companies. Drafting valuation reports that provide a detailed overview of the company’s operations, financial performance, and growth prospects. Conducting thorough due diligence on companies to identify potential risks and opportunities. Research using various databases to gather relevant information on industries and companies, and to identify trends and opportunities. Requirements: Education: Masters of Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration preferred; undergraduate business degree acceptable; major or concentration in finance or accounting. Completed 12 hours of accounting and 12 hours of finance; minimum GPA 3.5. Background: Demonstrated interest in finance and/or valuation through relevant work/internship experiences. Attributes: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills; High attention to detail; Proficient in financial modeling and valuation techniques; Excellent in MS Excel and PowerPoint; Inquisitive and creative team player with a track record of meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Confident communicator able to interact with C-level executives and other professionals. We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team in an entry-level, full-time, office-based role.
