Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Program Manager, Terica Chappell, shares some information about their services. ACT is a program based on a fidelity model specific to individuals experiencing multiple hospitalizations, incarcerations and have a diagnosis related to or including psychosis. ACT utilizes the team approach to provide wraparound services within one program to best meet the needs of the individuals being served. The caseload is smaller, as the team provides intensive, hands on case management and treatment.
