Last week our teams in KC and Omaha were lucky enough to spend a couple days with Jason Daniel Hood building our leadership and communication skills and investing in a fuller, intentional culture. It was both a fulfilling learning experience as well as a great opportunity for 2 of our branches to bond together in person. In addition, our great vendor rep partner, Synapse Sales & Marketing, hosted our teams along with Sonance and DMF Lighting for some phenomenal technical trainings. We’re so thankful for everyone who came together to make this wonderful 2-day event a reality.
