Annalyse Filoteo is a graduate of the University of Minnesota where she earned a Bachelor’s degree in American Studies with a minor in Anthropology. She has a background in research having completed several research projects during college. In addition, Annalyse has professional experience in the nonprofit sector, including working in an organization providing day services for children and adults with disabilities. Annalyse has been a part of the team since November 2021, and provides a range of grant writing services for our clients.

By attending Initiative Foundation grant writing and fundraising training events, Jessy Jones, executive director for Baxter-based Lighthouse Beginnings, says his organization is better positioned for the future.
