We are excited to announce the closing of our seed round! Just over a year ago, Dendritic Health was founded to integrate AI into medical education. Our goal is to provide a personalized and adaptive mastery learning platform that seamlessly integrates with existing curricula, empowering future healthcare providers to excel. AI is here to support the next generation of healthcare professionals. We created Neural Consult (www.neuralconsult.com) to bring this vision to life. With this round of funding, we are now significantly closer to achieving our mission to enhance training for providers worldwide. We welcome Dale Sanders to our board of directors. His extensive knowledge and experience with data, technology, and business development will be pivotal for our success. Farley NUvention: Medical students Alan Soetikno and Jonathan Theros, along with their team from startup Dendritic Health AI, which develops an AI-powered healthcare education tool, won big at the Rice Business Plan Competition this weekend! They received two accolades: the Dream Big Ventures Latino Entrepreneur Investment Prize ($25K) and the LSA GlobalLatninx Startup Alliance Advisory Services for the Top Latino-led Startup in-Kind Award. #Congratulations to the entire Dendritic team!

The nation’s largest and richest pitch competition did not disappoint. I’ve spent the last few days at the Rice Business Plan Competition and heard some great pitches from founder teams that flew in from around the globe. To sweeten the deal, I’ve met some wonderfully thoughtful and accomplished judges from Houston’s investor community. I’m expecting big things from these startups. The Rice Business Plan Competition exists so that student founders pushing to create new possibilities in technology, energy, healthcare and more can surround themselves with a powerful network; learn what it takes to secure investor funding; hone their pitch; and compete for big money to make the future they’re building possible. After a competitive application season, 42 startups have risen to the top and will be invited to compete on a global stage for more than $1M in prizes at the 2024 RBPC, the largest and richest student startup competition.
