Big News for Big Valley Rancheria! Exciting developments are underway at the Big Valley Band of Pomo Indians reservation in Lakeport, California. The ground-up construction of a 29,000 SF rest-stop complex is currently in progress, with completion scheduled for the end of 2024. Once finished, this state-of-the-art complex will feature a fresh market and convenience store, a Starbucks with drive-thru, 20 fuel pumps offering 3 types of fuel, 4 RV fuel pumps, a car and boat wash, a Microgrid solar power system, highway widening, and a stormwater system. #builtbydempsey https://lnkd.in/gD5tVywt

Mariners Medical Arts Building has been awarded the Commercial Design Award of Excellence by Docomomo US for the 2024 Modernism in America Awards! Designed by Richard Neutra and completed in 1963, this iconic building was recently renovated by Dempsey Construction, preserving its historic charm while repositioning it for modern use.
