Dementia caregiving can be isolating, and when grief enters the picture, that isolation is placed in even starker relief. I encourage caregivers to lean on their community and on help from services as much as possible, to combat isolation and care for themselves as best they can.

What’s your client management system: Airtable or… your memory? Let’s upgrade that. When Rachael Wonderlin, MS , gerontologist and dementia care consultant, reached out to me, she was feeling frustrated. Up until recently, she had been managing all her client information either in her head or with tools like Excel and Word documents. But she knew there had to be a better way—a system that was more efficient, organized, and scalable. That’s why she hired me to help her set up Airtable. During our VIP Day, we started by evaluating her current client management process. Then, we transitioned all her data into Airtable and customized it to fit her business needs.
