3x Founder. Strategic Advisor + Brand Strategist + Fractional CMO Business Growth Through Brand | Storytelling | Content | Thought Leadership

What's the #1 game-changer is more powerful than ANY growth hack? The answer is simple: It's you. ?? Founders often get caught up in the 'what'—products, features, competition. Sure, that's all tangible and easy for others to quantify, but is it what truly fuels sustainable growth? The real magic is in the 'why' of your journey. Your vision, as unique and irreplicable as your fingerprint, is what will carry you from idea to exit. As you navigate the uncertainty of growing a business, how often do you pause to reflect if you're still aligned with your core vision? Are you building your brand on the foundation of who you are and why you started in the first place? Embrace your vision. Embrace what makes you uniquely YOU. Win or lose, you won't regret it. ?? #VisionOverGrowthHacks #FounderLife #LeadershipJourney

Ecosystem at Glide. I build partner communities.

Building a B2B SaaS community? Stop paying so much attention to pageviews. Focus on your members instead. - Are your customers using the community? How many of your customers have a profile? How many are active? Is it easy for them to get to the community? Is it easy for them join? - Are customers getting what they need out of it? Are they finding the resources they want? Are their questions being answered? Are their contributions being recognized and rewarded? - Is your team getting what they need out of the community? Are you supporting customers at scale? Are you gathering insights? What about uncovering success stories, case studies, and peer referrals? These are the things that matter. ???? BTW... if you want to create your B2B community on Slack, Tightknit makes the entire process dead simple. Check them out at Tightknit (dot) ai. Building communities is a major topic in B2B SaaS discussions. I've found that many focus too much on attendance numbers. The real value lies in the quality of the members and the experiences they gain. This shows that depth over breadth can truly make a community strong and attractive to your ideal audience. Engagement and experience are key, not just headcounts. Are you considering community-building in your strategy? What metrics do you prioritize? - Btw, if you want to create your B2B community on Slack Tightknit makes the entire process dead simple. Check them out at Tightknit (dot) ai. I've been seeing a lot of talk about community-building on Slack. Yet, many focus on attendance numbers rather than the experience offered. This might be because quantifying the quality of engagement is complex. It made me realize that the real value lies in who attends, not just how many. Concentrate on delivering valuable experiences to attract the right audience. Have you seen any B2B communities that excel at fostering engagement beyond numbers? \- Btw, if you want to create your B2B community on Slack, Tightknit makes the entire process dead simple. Engagement is a funny community metric. Perhaps we chose it because so many others across the business also use a similar word to represent that "signal" that someone is doing something. But in my opinion, engagement isn't what we should chase. Rather, we should focus on doing things together, and community teams should stop building for themselves and shift to working with the very people involved—our members or those we're trying to reach. A wise person once told me, we have two ears and one mouth so we can listen more and talk less. So stop pushing community and driving engagement and instead explore what you can do together. That's how a true community takes shape and blossoms. What challenges have you faced in measuring the success of community building efforts, and how did you overcome them? --- Btw, if you want to create your B2B community on Slack, Tightknit makes the entire process dead simple. Community builder putting humans first in business and tech ?? | Systems ?? | Brand ??? | Published Author ??

Community managers often discuss the need for larger member counts and follow lists ?? But I've found the focus should be on the quality and value of interactions ?? Strong engagement, not size, determines a community's success. The reasons seem clear: meaningful connections drive real business outcomes. We're talking enterprise deal acceleration, product-market fit expansion, and cost-efficient growth. I've observed that community often gets diluted between marketing, product, and customer success - missing its potential as a strategic revenue multiplier. This realization helped me redirect my efforts towards fostering active participation over numbers. Look beyond just growing your member list and start tracking active engagement patterns instead. How do you measure the success of your community beyond its size? Btw, if you want to create your B2B community on Slack, Tightknit makes the entire process dead simple. Co-CEO @ Incredible | Helping SMBs level up their business processes with custom apps

?? All SMBs need to be thinking about how to put AI into their business. But a lot of people don't know where to start... There are a lot of playful things you can do, but they don't add value to your business. ?? My hot take? For SMBs, don't use it for creative. Instead, focus on the boring, mundane tasks that add value: - ?? Finding insights in data (forecasting, inventory) - ?? Automating the repetitive (data entry, doc processing) - ? Reducing errors (e.g., compliance) Sure, enhancing creative with AI can add value, but for SMBs new to AI? Leave that until last.

AI is good for a lot things. But it should NEVER be used for this: Communicating with your clients. AI is great for:? → analysis → ideas → repetitive tasks You might be tempted to use it everywhere in your business. But my fear in doing so is losing our humanity. → Business is a relationship. → We need to keep the relation in that. If you layer in too much AI, you lose that connection that is so important with your customers. What's your biggest turn-off when it comes to AI?? ?? Election aftermath stress is a hot topic in many organizations. Yet, it's clear that many teams are struggling to communicate effectively. This can often be attributed to leaders not prioritizing emotional intelligence. I realized EQ isn't optional anymore; it's essential for navigating these tensions. Here’s my advice: → Encourage open communication and let every voice be heard. → Manage your own emotions to set a calming example. → Show empathy towards opposing views to maintain respect.
