    The question is, what's your process for prioritizing accounts based on intent and signal data? How do you decide where to focus? My view, and I think this is critical in any ABM program, is to consider the 95.5 rule. If you are not there in front of the customers when they start searching and selecting you as a supplier, you probably lost it. That's why intent data is so important.     When it comes to #abm, insights are everything. But what happens when you hit a gap and can't deliver valuable and actionable insights to #sales? You know that accounts are constantly firing off signals, whether you can see them or not. So, what do you do? Start by listening to customer and prospect calls. You might uncover something worth digging into. Personally, I love analyzing anonymous website traffic to get those hidden gems ??. If a target account appears to go dark but you see spikes in anonymous traffic from a specific city or state, that's a clue! Pass that intel over to sales, asap! They can plug it into Sales Nav to target new influencers or prospects they may have missed. This simple motion turns hidden engagement into real conversations and potential pipeline.     Likes and comments are great. But how do you turn them into real buying intent? Here's my approach. Educational content with a soft CTA is the first step. Share insights that naturally lead to your solutions. Struggling with X is what's working. Next, focus on pain point-driven stories. Show real-world challenges your audience faces and how to solve them. Interactive content is another key. Polls, quizzes, and "DM me for more" posts help identify warm leads. Strategic comment triggers are often overlooked. Ask, "Who's facing this right now?" to turn engagement into meaningful conversations. Social content should attract and qualify, not just entertain.     How do you uncover intent and pain points when your existing data falls short? My advice would be to stop relying on weak data and implement intent-based advertising. With intent-based advertising, you get market survey and branding in one go. You simply have first-party data on what kind of content your consumers, our customers, are consuming. You get to know what they're interested in, the topics that are relevant for them, and you are able to adjust your pitch and your messaging to the topics that are relevant to your customers.     Balancing in-house teams, technology, and agency resources is essential for success in today's fast-paced world. There is an optimal balance between these elements which adjusts according to your company size. In-house teams possess deep brand knowledge. They control messaging and respond swiftly. Their role is to lead PR strategy, manage the press office, and ensure brand consistency. Technology can automate media monitoring, database management, outreach, and lead generation. This boosts reach and efficiency. PR agencies bring media connections, scalability, and fresh ideas. They excel in handling major campaigns and product launches. The optimal mix depends on brand size, budget, and goals. For a larger brand with bigger budgets, they tend to have a strong in-house PR team, enhance their output with technology, and bring in agencies when needed for campaign work and enhanced output. For mid-sized brands, we often see an in-house marketing team with an outsourced PR function, the technology use often then sits agency side. Smaller brands tend to expect marketing teams to do PR and then they use technology to facilitate their coverage generation. Balance across all these elements is crucial to optimise your brand’s budget and PR success.

What defines something that works for me? Something works if it works for your users. You may not have something that works for every single user in every single context. But let's take a step back, businesses, and think about… - Who is your target audience? - Who is your primary target user? - Who is your primary user persona? Instead of making assumptions about what that user group wants, or running with a really creative idea that is fun and colorful, make sure before you're doing anything that you are asking.
