Seeking motivated entrepreneur to grow heat pump distribution business Brattleboro Vermont based Delta Energy Works is seeking to become a leader in providing innovative and cost effective solutions to achieve improved living and working conditions in Northern New England. A new division of a 25 yr old business recognizes the need to phase out fossil fuel HVAC with the highest efficiency low temperature heat pumps, and represents the world’s largest manufacturer. We're currently developing a new model for providing these mechanical energy systems and services for home and small business owners. We are looking to partner with a highly motivated and entrepreneurial individual who has a spirited approach to problem solving, and who can be relied on to actualize a sales and marketing plan to drive company revenue. Main Responsibilities: - Own the responsibility for business success - Co-develop, execute, and oversee innovative sales and marketing strategy plan and associated budgeting requirements - Build and form long lasting relationships with partners and clients - Track results and trends and conduct regular KPI meetings with company leadership - Manage store operations Main Qualifications: - Proven track record of success at difficult challenges - Strong leadership and participation qualities - Collaborative approach to problem solving - Ability to build rapport with partners and clients - Previous experience in HVAC sales and related building experience in or related field a major plus - Familiarity with Google Workspace and CRM platforms We invite you to apply and describe why you think you would be an ideal candidate for this role by emailing [email protected].
