Collaboration, Our Blueprint For Success ??♀? ??♂? The Prime Team is proud to announce our involvement in a large-scale construction project in Lower Manhattan. Alongside SavCon, Delta Sheet Metal Corp, and many other trade contractors, Prime Mechanical is underway with the simultaneous coordination, construction, and commissioning of mechanical systems that serve over 400,000+ square feet of interior office space across twenty floors. With 65 supplemental HVAC systems, multiple condenser water sub-risers, and an abundance of additional mechanical equipment, implementing a standard of organization and communication has been paramount to our shared success. As we navigate through existing conditions, overcome unforeseen obstacles, and drive towards the finish line - the Prime Team is appreciative of the collaboration that all members of the construction team have shared.
